Panty Schmooze 2007

The 5th Annual Panty Schmooze – an event created to raise essential donations, money and awareness for local women’s shelters in the GTA – was held April 23, 2007 at The Fox & Fiddle-Leaside.

The evening featured live performances by FeFe Dobson, Justin Hines and Terry Kelly with the charming and talented Jully Black as the evening’s host.

The “Ultimate Panty Schmoozer” was presented to Martin Heal, Director of Marketing for Tippet Richardson and was accepted on his behalf by Tippet Richardson’s Toronto Branch Manager, Anita Fower. Martin and the Tippet Richardson Team have been supporters of the Panty Schmooze each year since the Panty Schmooze’s inception in 2002. They have provided their trucks and time each year, delivering donations to the front doors of the supported shelters.

This year’s event generated;

1,000 pairs of new underwear.
212 new bras.
Boxes upon boxes of gently used clothing.
$3,800 in cash!
30 door prizes totaling over $4,600 in giveaways.

All proceeds from the event were divided and graciously donated to three shelters: Nellie’s Shelter for Women, Julliette’s Place and Anduhyaun.
